5. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, labor disputes, pandemics, power outages, internet disruptions, governmental actions, or any other events outside the Company’s reasonable control.
